Group sessions and classes
Small Group Sessions
$160 - 0nline & in person
- A session for 5 to 10 participants
- Special topics/interests such as e.g. exam preparation, menopause, insomnia, relaxation etc.
- This can be via Zoom(online), or in person
- Runs over 4 weeks
- Charge is per person
- Room hire additional for in-person sessions
Corporate Programs
Price upon application
- Training groups/teams/project members for easy collaboration and cohesion, on a wide variety of corporate and personal mental health and wellness topics/issues
- Issues such as bullying/toxic workplace behaviour, procrastination, absenteeism, presenteeism, work-life balance, overwhelm, burnout, anger and frustration management, etc. are some examples of what can be included
- The corporate program will be specific to the brief of the organisation
